Q: You were playing Graves in game two, you got a Quadra Kill, and Sneaky got that last kill. Do you feel like he stole your Penta?
He definitely did steal my penta. I was even calling it, I was like ‘give me this penta’. He took my kill. Feels bad man.
You told him don't take it?
Yeah I was like, ‘I'm gonna go get this kill. My penta, give me my penta’. And then he just takes my kill, so.
Q: In game three Meteos and Stunt came in, almost half the enemy team changed up. How did that feel?
I honestly don't really notice too much. Going into game it's just, ‘Oh, that person is Zyra’. It's just playing against the same champions, players don't really matter too much.
Q: How do you feel your mid-jungle synergy is developing with Jensen?
It's definitely improving a lot. Our mid-jungle synergy was pretty lackluster throughout the split, I feel. Overall, it's just the three week break that we had. We just-- it was super easy to point out our mistakes that we were making and what we weren't doing and to improve on those.
Q: You play a lot of assassination-focused champions. Does the adrenaline get to you?
Yeah for sure. When playing Graves, Khazix, your champion-- or I'm playing Champions that can just kill other Champions. And, definitely when I see an opening I have to hold back a little bit because I sometimes don't think about ‘Oh, they have Shen ult. Oh, there's two people behind him, maybe I can't do this. So yeah I think the adrenaline does get to me a little bit.
But you've learned over time to sort of think for a moment?
Yeah, yeah for sure, holding back is always necessary.
Q: What have been the big differences and benefits of moving from the Challenger Series to the LCS.
Benefits are really easy because you're just playing against better players and if you're playing with better players and against better players you're just going to get better over time. It's usually what happens and, I don't think Challenger's a bad thing or a bad scene or anything. You're still against a decent amount of players and they're not too bad. It definitely was a good learning experience for me because without Challenger, I don't think I'd be able to play in LCS at all.
